Accessing a Private Azure Database via a Jumpbox

To maintain secure and controlled access to your private database on Azure, our service uses a jumpbox (bastion host) as a secure bridge. Because your database is protected with private endpoints and public network access is disabled, direct connections from the internet are not possible.

The jumpbox acts as a hardened intermediary, enabling our service to connect to your database while preserving network isolation and minimizing exposure.

For more information on Azure best practices, refer to Microsoft’s guidelines on private connectivity options.
