List workflow run step logs
Every log of the given runs, from each run's start to its end (one entry per step with its input and output), as a JSON array ordered by created_time.

The runs of a workflow (or of several, options.workflows) matching the log explorer's query and time range, with the sections asked for (rows, count and chart, payload keys) and the cursors of the listing mode.
