Versioning
How the Stacksync API is versioned and which changes can happen within /v1
Versioning
The API version is the first segment of the path: /v1. Changes to /v1 are additive:
- new operations, new optional parameters and request fields;
- new fields in answers.
Write clients that ignore fields they don't know. Any other change will be announced in the changelog.
The machine-readable description of the current version is the OpenAPI document /openapi.json, and /openapi-genies.json for Genie runs.
