Set Salesforce Bulk API access
Switches the Salesforce Bulk API on or off for one app of a sync.

Set the most requests Stacksync makes to one app of the sync per period. The sync may stay on. Leave rate limits at Stacksync's default unless the app asks for less.
POSTSet delete protection of an app
Turn delete protection on or off for one app of the sync. With it on, a record deleted in the other app is kept in this app. Turning it off releases the deletes held back so far.
