Rename a folder
A name another folder has in the region of the workspace is refused with 409, as a create refuses it. With validate_only, every check runs and 204 answers, nothing is saved.

At the root, or inside another folder of the same region (parent_folder_id). A folder_resource_id or name already used in the region of the workspace is refused with 409. With validate_only, every check runs and 204 answers, nothing is created.
DELDelete an empty folder
A folder that still holds sub-folders or resources is refused with 409: move or delete them first. Answers the deleted folder. With validate_only, the same checks run and 204 answers, nothing is deleted.
