Last updated: April 12th, 2023
These terms and conditions ("T&C") govern your participation as a content creator in the Stacksync content creator programme ("Programme"). By participating in the Programme, you agree to these T&C and any other guidelines or rules that we may communicate to you from time to time.
The content creator programme page can be accessed at: https://www.stacksync.cloud/content-creator-programme
Eligibility
To participate in the Programme, you must be at least 18 years old and have a passion for writing and blogging in the data fields. You must also have a valid bank account and be legally able to receive payments in the country where you reside. Stacksync reserves the right to accept or reject any application to participate in the Programme in its sole discretion.
Content Creation
As a content creator, you will create original and high-quality content on topics related to the data fields as proposed and approved by Stacksync. You can also propose your own topics for approval by Stacksync. All content must be your own original work and not infringe on any intellectual property rights. By submitting content for approval, you grant Stacksync a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content in any manner Stacksync deems appropriate.
Compensation
Stacksync will compensate you for approved content in the amount specified for each topic. You will be paid through your Stacksync cash account balance, which can be withdrawn to your bank account at any time. Stacksync reserves the right to change the compensation amount for each topic at any time in its sole discretion.
Content Review and Approval
After you select and book your topic, you must submit your content for approval within 3 weeks. Stacksync will review and provide feedback on your content in up to 2-3 rounds of review. Only approved content will be published and compensated. Stacksync reserves the right to reject any content that does not meet its quality standards or that it deems inappropriate for any reason.
Confidentiality
As a content creator, you may have access to confidential information about Stacksync and its operations. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without Stacksync's prior written consent.
Termination
Stacksync may terminate your participation in the Programme at any time for any reason, with or without cause, in its sole discretion. Upon termination, any compensation owed to you for approved content will be paid out to your Stacksync cash account balance.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Stacksync, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Programme or your breach of these T&C.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Stacksync is incorporated (Canton of Vaud, Switzerland). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C or the Programme shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration organization designated by Stacksync.
Amendments
Stacksync reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time in its sole discretion. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Stacksync website. Your continued participation in the Programme after any modifications to these T&C constitutes your acceptance of the modified T&C.
Entire Agreement
These T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and Stacksync with respect to your participation in the Programme and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Stacksync. If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Stacksync's failure to enforce any right or provision of these T&C shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
