Azure Jumpbox

To ensure secure and controlled access to your private database on Azure, our service requires a jumpbox (bastion host) to bridge the connection. Since your database is protected with private endpoints and public network access is disabled, direct connections from the internet are not possible.
A jumpbox provides a secure intermediary, allowing our service to access your database while maintaining network isolation and minimizing exposure. You can refer to Microsoft's guidelines on private connectivity options here for more details on best practices.
